Event Description

The McHenry County Health Department will offer cholesterol, glucose, and A1C tests. Payments must be made by cash or check only. 

Appointment required. $25 cholesterol/glucose test, $35 A1C plus cholesterol/glucose, or $20 A1C only. Fasting is optional but recommended. Please make sure to drink plenty of water prior to your appointment including the day before.
