4th of July Craft

Learn how to color rice with food coloring and 1/2 tsp of vinegar to one cup of rice to make a Patriotic Star candle holder. You will divide the rice in your craft kit into 3 even parts. Color 1/3 of rice blue, 1/3 red, and leave the remaining rice white. Once your colored rice is dry you can layer it in your glass star candle holder.

In your kit you will receive

Rice
Glass star candle holder
Directions
Votive candle.
